The fast you can run or the more you can exercise plays a vital role in your stamina building. If you're out of breath, especially after a short workout, you'll either become exhausted or recover quickly, depending on your fitness level.  As a fit person, your heart rate should return back to normal after the workout. If you feel better after cardiac training it’s one of the important signs of fitness.

Color of Urine is a significant factor:

If you're dehydrated or not, your pee can inform you. If the color of your pee is pale yellow, this indicates that you are not drinking enough water. However, don't worry; this is not an unusual occurrence; simply begin to get used to staying hydrated.  The regular color of urine of an average person likely ranges from clear to pale yellow.

The amount of intake for a common individual should be 8-12 glasses a day. Generally speaking, you should aim to drink an ounce of water per pound of body weight every day. For instance, 75 to 140 ounces of water each day if you weigh 140 pounds.

The Bowel Movement indicates stomach condition:

It is the last stop of the movement of food through your digestive system, where your faeces is discharged. A "typical" bowel movement takes place two to three times each day or once every other day. Any deviation from this range could be viewed as abnormal. If you're having less than three bowel movements per week this means you have had constipation.

If your bowel movement frequency is more than two or three times a day, you are likely to have loose motions. In such cases, you should consult with your local doctor. Aside from that, if you have normal bowel movements at the same time every day, it means you have no digestive issues and is a sign of your good health and fitness level.

Healthy lip color varies, depending on skin color and other factors, but should range between reddish pink to brown. Glowing pink lips indicate that your skin is fine and you don’t have critical dehydration or dryness issues. As per this astonishing fact, this includes signs of fitness.

Rather than pink, any shade of black on the lips can point out the following;

  • Smoking
  • Toxin & poisoning
  • Allergen
  • Café and Hot beverages

Your sleeping pattern also decides the time when you wake up. If you're facing sleeping problems this refers that you have a condition. This is caused by some things, such as eating late at night and having digestion issues. So these all factors one way or another correlates to one another. Simply as the best thing as they say early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.

Do you remember on which date last time you went to the practitioner? If the answer is ‘yes’, then you don’t need to worry about evocation ability. Rather than if you don’t remember things easily or need to put emphasis on recalling a thing, you need to work on making your memorizing power strong.

Have you noticed that our injuries recover over a specific period of time? How quick or slowly you recover depends upon your health condition. Evidently, a person whose wounds heal on time is healthier than a person who recovers late.
